How to Find an Apartment:

1. Consider what kind of apartment you want. Think about location, number of bedrooms, and budget.

2. Use AlfredApartments.com to: read a description, view the location, look at a floor plan and watch videos of apartments you are interested in.

3. If you are a student, make sure you are eligible for off campus housing.

4. Email us or call on the phone with any questions or to Schedule a Tour.

5. When you find an apartment you like please ask any additional questions and review the lease for your apartment.

6. Once you have reviewed the lease we can sign and exchange the security deposit (to be returned at the end of your stay).

7. We use a first come first served policy.

Good to Know:

	You will have a mailbox at your apartment (address on lease).
	The Village of Alfred provides Trash and Recycling pickup every Tuesday morning.
	There is Free Parking at your apartment.
	All interior and exterior maintenance is provided promptly
